Having worked through the brilliant threads on here and spent a reasonable amount of time crafting my case, it gave me immense joy to see emails from DCB discontinuing the impending court case..
That it came on the 4th July is prophetic, I did celebrate owning a bit of independence from these scam artists.
This was my first foray into the realms of small claims and at no stage did I feel like I was on a losing streak. I'm pretty chuffed, to be honest.
The NoD is posted below for @Umkomaas to post on the infamous wall of fame.
and also a 'nod' to the forumites that dedicate so many hours to help lil' ol' me get a win and a little bit of sanity back.
