Hi. I have 2 email addresses,Gmail and Proton mail. Gmail has always been my default email
When i click on a link, such as in a competition, it now comes up with Proton.
This started happening a couple of days ago.
I have been googling and i get so far, then where google tells to go/click isn't there for me.
My browser is Edge, and running windows 10.
Any help/advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

If you use gmail as your primary, then open gmail.com in edge, and hit the cog on the top right (fourth icon)
click on "see all settings" and click the "accounts and import" tab
scroll down to "add another email" link, and enter your account details for proton mail, and ok.
This links your proton to your gmail.
All you need do next is enter windows settings, in the search bar enter "default", and scroll down to email.
Change it to whatever app you use for email.0 -

I cannot solve your problem but it may help someone to do so knowing that the proton link (above) works for me on android phone.1

I tried every google solution there is,but none of them worked.
After changing emails and passwords,i deleted it. There wasn't anything of great importance.0
