TOUR DE FRANCE PRIZE DRAW 3: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

●    Prize Draw in relation to the Tour De France 2025 programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via SMS, post, and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Thursday 3 July 2025.
●    Prize Draw closes for entries via SMS and online at 10.00 a.m. on Thursday 7 August 2025.
●    Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 04.00 p.m. on Tuesday 12 August 2025.

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

●    The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
●    Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

●    SMS text – you will have the choice between the two (2) following options:

 

1.    Standard entry: send a SMS text with the keyword PRIZE or WINNER to 61888. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you one (1) entry into the Prize Draw (“Standard Entry”). Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers.

 

2.    Bundle entry: send a SMS text with the keyword FIVE or OFFER to 61888. The chargeable SMS text entry costs £5.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you five (5) entries (“Bundle Entry”). This will replace the Standard Entry and will only be available on your first entry within the Prize Draw period. Following the Bundle Entry, for each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a ‘buy one entry get one entry free’ offer.

 

If you choose the Standard Entry as described in paragraph 1 above, you may make up to fifteen (15) Standard Entries in total per phone number. If you choose the Bundle Entry, as described in paragraph 2 above, you may make up to seventeen (17) entries in total (including one (1) Bundle Entry and up to twelve (12) additional Standard Entries) per phone number.

 

Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). If you do not want to receive marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your text entry.

A single entry costs £2.00. By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry (provided you have not reached the cap of six (6) paid entries for that week’s Winsday draw).

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. Prize:

 

There is one prize consisting of twenty thousand pounds (£20,000) cash (“Cash”), and a Factor Ostro VAM prize package (“Factor Ostro Package”).

 

(i)    Factor Ostro Package -

 

This element of the prize consists of one (1) custom painted factor OSTRO VAM complete bike with SRAM Red AXS, Black Inc 48|58 Wheelset and CeramicSpeed OSPW, and a Vires Velo ShokBox Pro Edition Travel Case.

This element of the prize also includes an advanced idmatch Bike Fit, which covers foot control assessment to understand if you will benefit from any adjustments or orthotics in your cycling shoes, cleat positioning assessment including set up and any necessary adjustments, saddle shape & size assessment including any recommendations for improvement, complete dynamic bike fit where your biomechanics are analysed on different positions while you cycle using our advanced 3D-motion capture system and post-fit report.

 

The Bike Fit can take place at the following locations:

 

•    Vires Velo Experience Centre, Unit 37 Hethel Engineering Centre, Wymondham Road, Hethel, Norfolk NR14 8FB; or
•    Vires Velo Studio, Lane End Studios, Lane End, Bucks HP14 3JG.

 

This element of the prize also covers delivery of the bike to the winner’s home address.

 

(ii)    Cash –

 

This element of the prize consists of twenty thousand pounds (£20,000) cash, made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
