Competition

• The promotion is a social media giveaway running on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok (the “competition”) with 1 winner in total. The competition is open to all persons over the age of 18 and is free to enter. By entering the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• By entering the competition, the prize winner grants the promoter permission to use their name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited).

Prize

• One participant will be selected at random as the prize winner, and will win a £500 cottages.com gift card (the “prize”). The gift will expire one year after issue.

• The prize does not include travel, or any other expenses connected with the accommodation.

• The winner will be selected by Monday 14th July 2025 and will be notified by Monday 14th July 2025, via direct message on either Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

• The winner must contact us and confirm acceptance of the prize within ten days of receiving the notification that they have won, after which they will receive their gift card by email or direct message. If a winner fails to accept the prize within this time, then a re-draw will take place on the eleventh day and a new winner will be selected and announced.

• cottages.com reserves the right to amend, extend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

Promoter

• The promoter of the competition is Awaze Vacation Rentals Ltd of Sunway House, Raglan Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk, England, NR32 2LW (“Awaze”).

• Employees of Awaze and their agents and families are not permitted to enter.

• The promoter will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason, by the competition closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions or any other reasons. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt.

• The promoter’s decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the competition at any time.

• The competition is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
