Boundary lines - leasehold properties

Options
Hello - Victorian conversion leaseholder flat owner: I'm wanting to work out what the blue dotted lines on our land registry doc indicate. Each flat has been given a portion of the original gardens. We all respect that and happily use them but I do want to know why the dashed blue line only runs one way for garden 5 and not 2 ways as it does for 3 and 4. Should there be a side access path? We just access through each other's gardens using gates, not down a side path.

1 is the house (ignore the additional box next to it, as nothing structural there, just a shared driveway)
2 is ground floor (front garden)
3 is first floor garden
4 is basement garden
5 is top garden

Doesn't the text give any clues? But it would seem sensible for there to have been a shared access path along the north of 3 and 4.

I see that as meaning all can cross garden 2 to, I presume, get to a door or for bins etc

While the hatched line at the back of 3 and 4 is to allow access to 3 and 5

What is the sliver between 1 and 4 as that seems to provide access to unallocated land and the gardens 5,3 and 4?
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing

No clear access or rights given in the text

Yes we can all cross 2 to access the driveway/bins. Accessing 5 is only possible via 3 and 4 but I wasn't sure if a pathway should have been created at some point. I guess it doesn't matter now, but it would have made much more sense rather than crossing each one and disturbing neighbours privacy each time

That is the steps/pathway access to the door entrance of the basement flat. We all access the basement garden off the driveway and then walk through to the rest. I don't know what the 2 sets of blue circles mean either? And who legally owns the shared driveway, I'm assuming the freeholder plus the north-side sliver of 3 & 4?

Surely as it is the last garden there is no need for anyone to cross No.5, so they can have the full width of the plot
If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

Yes, that's what it looks like, there should be a path on the side of gardens 3 and 4 to get to 5.

Correct, I just am unsure if legally I would have to make sure I always leave a 'path' as opposed to our current setup which is just central wooden gates through 3 and 4. It would mean quite a lot of work to remove trees and add a path and fences to do all of that. Hoping it would be just be a mutual agreement we can stay as is

Yes, I think so but it was never properly setup like that years ago, so low fences were installed with gates in the middle and we all just walk through each others plots. Hoping we can keep as is, just I wasn't sure if that would stand legally. It's silly that a proper fenced pathway wasn't created along the north side in the first place as that would have been nicer and easier for everyone.
