Is it your car (VRM) reg no? Did you park there on that date? That is a final reminder, which suggests they have written to you before but maybe at the wrong address and used a Tracing Service this time. Is your V5C up to date with the correct address? Having said all that, have you read the NEWBIE sticky, where you will find your answers?1
