Tsb being brought by santander

Hello I heard Tsb is being brought out by santander. I have a current account with tsb I was wondering would I be moved across to santander? If that does happen would my account number and sort code change? If that's the case I would imagine that I would have to change my direct debits I got set up and inform my employer when it does happens. Thanks for reading.
