To be clear, nobody is telling you to pay, but to understand the various topics and their replies2

Hi. So I’ve now had the £170 action needed letter. I know previous said to ignore this. They have mentioned bailiffs in this letter and court. Do I ignore this one too?0

Hi, sorry I’ve read the post two and I’m still not sure.
so I need to reply to this letter but not tell them my finances. I feel mine is different because I paid cash in the machine and it didn’t register the number plate for the 50p so there will be no evidence if I paid or not as the company wouldn’t check if they had 50p extra in like you would in a till.Do I reply to this letter?0 -
I’ve found this on their website too, which says their parking meters don’t accept shorter number plates which mine is
Due to faulty parking machines you are unable to enter shorter registration plates into the machines you will receive a fine do not risk it. Even though we paid, kept the machine receipts and showed proof of the 50p parking bank transaction and you can clearly see it's the same registration plate on their photo as our vehicle with some letters missing due to no fault of our own and we were still forced to pay the fine. After declining our appeal they 'generously' dropped the fine from £30 to £20, how does that makes sense? There should be no fine as we clearly paid and showed proof of this. MONEY GRABBING

No additions, no changes, no filling in financial forms etc, just the response template
