Switching bank account joint or sole ?

Hi everyone,
I noticed the offer to switch by Lloyds today, and I am not sure if I'm elegible, as I switched a joint account with my partner 3 years ago, which in theory means I can't switch again as the requirement is no switching since 04/2020. But as that was a joint account and this would be open on my name only, does that count as eligibility and I could pocket the incentive? Thanks!
