My contract should be renewed in 29th of October/2024, but the Agent State delayed because of "Transition between team members" and the new contract was signed in December, the rent price was raised 50£ per month (I agreed), but now they are saying that I need to pay 100£ referring to the months of October and November. I disagree to pay, is not my problem if they had a "member team issue". I would like to know who is right ? What is the law about that?

What is the stated start date of the new signed contract? If the start date of the new contract is October then yes, the £100 is due. It is not impossible to sign a contract with a backdated start date.0

so you had a fixed term ending 28 Oct 24, and agreed verbally before then to increase the rent by £50? If so, then that would be the new rent starting 29 Oct 24. That doesn't change if the paperwork came later or indeed never came.
Agree you shouldn't have to pay MORE due to their team member issue, but it doesn't sound like that's the case. If they had done the paperwork earlier you'd still have been paying the extra £50 from Oct24. The only difference is that by keeping the money in your account to date, you got an extra £3 or so interest (not that it matters, jsut illustrating you're not out anything)0
