TOUR DE FRANCE PRIZE DRAW 2: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

●    Prize Draw in relation to the Tour De France 2025 programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via SMS, post, and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Wednesday 2 July 2025.
●    Prize Draw closes for entries via SMS and online at 10.00 a.m. on Wednesday 6 August 2025.
●    Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 04.00 p.m. on Monday 11 August 2025.

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

●    The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
●    Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

●    SMS text – you will have the choice between the two (2) following options:

 

1.    Standard entry: send a SMS text with the keyword WIN or WINNER to 68555. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you one (1) entry into the Prize Draw (“Standard Entry”). Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers.

 

2.    Bundle entry: send a SMS text with the keyword FIVE or OFFER to 68555. The chargeable SMS text entry costs £5.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you five (5) entries (“Bundle Entry”). This will replace the Standard Entry and will only be available on your first entry within the Prize Draw period. Following the Bundle Entry, for each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a ‘buy one entry get one entry free’ offer.

 

If you choose the Standard Entry as described in paragraph 1 above, you may make up to fifteen (15) Standard Entries in total per phone number. If you choose the Bundle Entry, as described in paragraph 2 above, you may make up to seventeen (17) entries in total (including one (1) Bundle Entry and up to twelve (12) additional Standard Entries) per phone number.

 

Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). If you do not want to receive marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your text entry.

 

●    Online - go to the Website to enter via the following routes (as available on the Website): 
o    Direct to Mobile Billing: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your mobile phone bill. Direct to Mobile Billing may only be available for certain mobile networks – for details see the Website. 
o    PayPal: follow the instructions on the Website.
o    Apple Pay: follow the instructions on the Website.
o    Debit Card: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your debit card. Please note that use of a debit card may incur charges from your provider.

A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time, and other offers and discounts (e.g discount credits) maybe applied or available, as stated on the Website.Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or PayPal, your card provider may impose surcharges. 

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry (provided you have not reached the cap of six (6) paid entries for that week’s Winsday draw).

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”).

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

 

There is one prize consisting of a twenty thousand pounds (£20,000) e-voucher to be spent on Ribble bikes (“Voucher”), and twenty thousand pounds (£20,000) cash (“Cash”).

 

(i)    Voucher -

 

The Voucher consists of a twenty thousand pounds (£20,000) e-voucher that can be redeemed against any full RRP bicycles online at https://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/ or in a Ribble store, located at Bluewater Kent, Clitheroe Lancashire, Mailbox Birmingham or Cribbs Causeway Bristol) or via a one-way video call with a Ribble Live Expert.

 

The prize provider of the Voucher shall offer a concierge service, where Ribble would personally oversee every aspect of the winner’s bike requirements - from receipt of the e-voucher, discussing their riding requirements and choice through to ensuring correct fit, set-up, advice through to build and delivery.

 

The Voucher shall be subject to the following conditions:

 

The prize winner can redeem the e-voucher against one (1) or multiple bike(s), up to the value of twenty thousand pounds (£20,000). If the winner’s order is worth more than twenty thousand pounds (£20,000), the winner must pay any cost above twenty thousand pounds (£20,000).

 

The Voucher may be redeemed against delivery costs in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

 

The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer (i.e. bikes in the Outlet and/or in sale).

 

The Voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from receipt of the Voucher. The Voucher can be redeemed in one or multiple transactions, within the validity period.

 

(ii)    Cash –

 

This element of the prize consists of twenty thousand pounds (£20,000) cash, made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
