TOUR DE FRANCE PRIZE DRAW 1: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

●    Prize Draw in relation to the Tour De France 2025 programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via SMS, post, and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Tuesday 1 July 2025.
●    Prize Draw closes for entries via SMS and online at 4.00p.m. on Saturday 12 July 2025.
●    Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00 p.m. on Wednesday 16 July 2025.

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

●    The draw will take place within twenty four (24) hours of the closing date and time for all entries. 
●    Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
●    The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms (linked below). All entrants must be contactable on Thursday 17 July 2025 and for two (2) working days after. 
●    Please note that if the first prize winner forfeits the Tour De France Final Stage Trip element of the prize (defined below), the Promoter may in its sole discretion, draw another winner to take up this element of the prize. For the avoidance of doubt, if the first prize winner forfeits the Tour De France Final Stage Trip element of the prize, the first prize winner will still receive the Pashley Bikes Package and Cash elements of the prize (defined below).

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

●    SMS text – you will have the choice between the two (2) following options:

 

1.    Standard entry: send a SMS text with the keyword TOUR or WINNER to 62200. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you one (1) entry into the Prize Draw (“Standard Entry”). Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers.

 

2.    Bundle entry: send a SMS text with the keyword FIVE or OFFER to 62200. The chargeable SMS text entry costs £5.00 plus one standard network rate message and this will give you five (5) entries (“Bundle Entry”). This will replace the Standard Entry and will only be available on your first entry within the Prize Draw period. Following the Bundle Entry, for each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a ‘buy one entry get one entry free’ offer.

 

If you choose the Standard Entry as described in paragraph 1 above, you may make up to fifteen (15) Standard Entries in total per phone number. Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

 

There is one (1) prize consisting of a three (3) night trip to Paris for the final stage of the Tour De France 2025 (“Tour De France Final Stage Trip”), an e-voucher to spend on Pashley Bikes with the value of fifteen thousand pounds (£15,000), with a Pashley factory tour (“Pashley Bikes Package”), and fifteen thousand pounds (£15,000) cash (“Cash”).

 

(i)    Tour De France Final Stage Trip

 

This element of the prize consists of three (3) night trip to Paris and Rive Gauche VIP Lounge tickets for the Prize winner and one (1) companion, for the final stage of the Tour De France 2025 on Sunday 27th July 2025.

 

The Tour De France Final Stage Trip includes:

●    return flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport  from London Gatwick departing on 25 July 2025 and returning on 28 July 2025 for two (2) people, being the prize winner and their companion. The winner’s companion must be over ten (10) years of age;
●    three (3) nights’ accommodation at the 5-star Sofitel Arc De Triomphe (“Hotel”), Paris, based on one (1) room with two (2) people sharing;
●    return transfers from the Paris Charles de Gaulle airport to the Hotel;
●    breakfast for two (2) people in the Hotel restaurant each morning; and
●    Rive Gauche VIP Lounge tickets to the Tour De France final on Sunday 27th July, including a welcome drink and snack, champagne aperitif and open bar, culinary activities, cocktail buffet with seating, terrace right next to the race route, live broadcast of the stage on screen, and a VIP champagne moment.

 

For the avoidance of doubt, travel to and from London Gatwick Airport, and travel to and from the Rive Gauche VIP Lounge is not included in the prize.

 

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion(s) are available to take the prize on the relevant dates.

 

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

 

The winner and their companion(s) are responsible for ensuring that they have a valid visa and/or the necessary travel documents to travel to France, as appropriate, in order to take-up their prize.

 

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of the Tour De France Final Stage Trip of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

(ii)    Pashley Bikes Package

 

This element of the prize consists of an e-voucher to spend on Pashley Bikes with the value of fifteen thousand pounds (£15,000) (“Voucher”), with a Pashley factory tour (“Factory Tour”).

 

The Voucher

 

The Voucher includes a fifteen thousand pounds (£15,000) e-voucher that can be redeemed against any full RRP bicycles online at www.pashley.co.uk or via the Pashley showroom located in Stratford Upon Avon.

 

The prize provider will offer a concierge service, where the prize provider will personally oversee every aspect of the prize winner’s bike requirements from receipt of the Voucher, discussing their riding requirements and choice through to ensuring correct fit, set-up, advice through to build and delivery.

 

The Voucher shall be subject to the following conditions:

 

●    The prize winner can redeem the Voucher against one (1) or multiple bike(s) up to the value of fifteen thousand pounds (£15,000) from the full Pashley range.
●    The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any sale offers.
●    The Voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from receipt. 
●    The Voucher can be redeemed in one or multiple transactions, within the validity period.

 

The Factory Tour

 

The Factory Tour includes a full factory tour where the prize winner and up to three (3) guests can meet the makers and experience how the bikes are designed, handmade and handprinted, in Stratford Upon Avon.

 

The Factory Tour shall be subject to the following conditions:

 

●    The Factory Tour must be taken up within six (6) months of the prize provider contacting the winner. 
●    Travel costs to and from the Factory Tour are not included. 
●    The prize winner’s guests must be over the age of sixteen (16).

 

(iii)    Cash

 

This element of the prize consists of fifteen thousand pounds (£15,000) cash, made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) increasing the amount of a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
