The Promoter and the Agency

Yorkshire Baking Company, Barnes Road, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD8 9TG, UK is the "Promoter".

Yorkshire Baking Company Limited, Barnes Road, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD8 9TG, UK will be responsible for administering the Promotion and fulfilment of prizes.

In partnership with Emmerdale Village Tour, part of Continuum Attractions.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, aged 18 or over. The Promotion is not open to employees, contractors, representatives, agents, officers or directors of the Promoter, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing agencies, or to any of their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, whether or not related, or to anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant or claimant of a prize. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose, which may include proof of purchase, identity, age, residency and address. The Promoter may withhold prizes while it verifies eligibility.

How to Enter

The "Main Promotion" will begin at 9am on Tuesday 1 July 2025 and will close at 11.59pm on Friday 31 October 2025 inclusive. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not received by the end of the Main Promotion for any reason. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not received by the end of the Promotional Period for any reason. Proof of submission shall not be deemed to be proof of receipt.

Entry Restrictions

Entries are limited to a maximum of 5 per person across the Main Promotion. Any entries received after the relevant closing date will not be valid and will not be entered into the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms.

Winner Selection

The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Main Promotion. The draw will take place in November 2025. The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The Prizes

The prizes for the Main Promotion are:

1. 5 x Emmerdale Village Star Tour for two gift vouchers
2. 5 x Yorkshire Baking Company cake bundles featuring a range of 10 cakes

The Emmerdale Village star tour for two gift voucher will give each winner the flexibility to visit within 12 months during either peak or off peak periods. With the voucher, the winner/s will be able to book online and select an appropriate star tour date and time. Due to filming, tours are only available at the weekends. Vouchers to be redeemed by November 2026.

The Yorkshire Baking Company cake bundle will feature a range of 10 cakes. The exact selection will be determined by the Promoter.

The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.

Prize Delivery

The Emmerdale Village Star Tour gift vouchers will be delivered to the winners by email within 28 days of the winners being notified. The Yorkshire Baking Company cake bundles will be delivered to the winners' addresses within the UK within 28 days of the winners being notified.

The Promoter, its agents (including the Agency) or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize. Entries and claims for prizes which do not include all of the information required will be deemed as invalid.

Any decision of the Promoter as to eligibility to take part in the Promotion or the result of the Promotion will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry, claim or award of prizes and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify a participant where it believes there has been a breach of these Terms, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this Promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or claimed using fraudulent means. The Promoter's decision will be final in this regard.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are late, delayed, incomplete, lost, damaged, incorrectly submitted, are unreadable or misdirected, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, non-availability of the website, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or any other reason.
