DCB Legal Letter of Claim

Dear Forum
I hope you can help please. I have received a Letter of Claim from DCB Legal Ltd for an unpaid parking charge in a Britannia Group car park. I have previously received Notice of Debt Recovery and Final Notice of Debt Recovery letters from DCBL Direct Collection Balliffs Ltd which, in keeping with advice on other forums, I have ignored.
This letter states that 'If a claim is issued, further costs will be sought....' and that I should pay-up within 30 days or 'Failure to do so is likely to result ina claim without further notice.'
Is the threat to take me to court real or should I just ignore this like previous letters?
Your help and advice is most appreciated - thank you

Its definitely real, so email the LoC response template back to dcb legal, then wait for the inevitable court claim to arrive in the post

No link needed. You can easily hop straight back to page one. See my signature.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
