Euro Car Park Ticket

Hello
I received a windshield parking fine from Euro Car Park. I paid for a parking ticket upon arrival to the car park, however the time lapsed and I received a windshield fine about 1hr45 minutes after the initial pay and display ticket time had lapsed. I returned to the vehicle 15 minutes after the parking ticket was issued and left the premises.
Since I brought a pay and display, plus the fact the car park has a lot of very well positioned parking signage, is it likely that I will win an appeal and what is the best way to go about appealing?
Thanks

There is no genuine appeals process.
All you can do is ignore all the debt collection letters and await a court claim.
Euro Car Parks use DCB Legal and they discontinue in 99% of cases. You just have to use the template defence and hold your nerve. A court claim is just some paperwork, nothing scary.
It's a numbers game. If they make 1000 claims a week for £250 it costs them £35,000.140 people need to pay up straight away to break even.250 probably do in reality = £62,500.250 probably just ignore and receive CCJs. They might recover a quarter = £15,625That leaves 500 people.A third probably cave at some point thinking they're going to actually go in front of a judge as time ticks on = another £41,666.So you need to be in the 333 that week that takes it all the way until the eleventh hour, when they they discontinue. Could you find 333 lawyers to be in courts throughgout the land week in week out? No, that's why discontinue. Only high value multiple tickets ie. £1000+ make it to a court hearing with Euro Car Parks. So, you can see how they turn £35,000 outlay into £84,000That's £4.4 million a year.6 -
Which you won't be doing (paying!).
Do what the NEWBIES FAQS thread says for windscreen PCNs ('windshield' is American!). The process and deliberate timeline is there.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I will follow the advise and process in Windscreen PCNs - The appeal I send on the 3rd week to ECP, should I include additional evidence that may get them to cancel the PCN upon reviewing the evidence, or just use the template word for word?

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Unless you bought a second ticket, or extended the first ticket, then no, no extras
They wont cancel the pcn, not for insufficient payment for the time on site !
Appeal as keeper using the template2
