    Yeah I’m 100% sure, checked, double checked and triple checked, no fines or benefit overpayments and I don’t pay council tax due to my living arrangements.

    My debts equate to over £40,000 made up of Credit Cards and a loan plus a catalog, I provided them with my expenditure via the StepChange action plan, told them about my income and told them about my savings account (£900) no bank statements requested for either account, declared my car (£2,740)

    Telephone call yesterday, they asked some basic question’s and listed my mobile phone as an asset.

    Just waiting on the Insolvency Service to give me an outcome, I even went back through all the Money Wellness links they sent me to make sure I hadn’t missed a bank statement request but I hadn’t.
