Sorry but how dense can a parking firm be when it comes to DVLA Data
How can a Data protection officer not realise that updating DVLA data does not update the data a parking firm already holds
"Upon further review we note that an appeal was submitted against the above Parking Charge on 9th April 2025 by yourself, and the address was manually entered on your appeal and reflected the old address; this information was provided to us by yourself therefore it is reflected in our records. If you have since updated your details with the DVLA, any further correspondence regarding your vehicle will be addressed correctly. We have taken into consideration that you did not receive correspondence regarding the outcome of your appeal. We have attached this for your reference. "
