Good evening,
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.
A colleague of mine has received a PCN from Parking Eye, for an overdue stay at the above.
He's already appealed and it's been rejected. He cannot remember if he's admitted to driving, he's trying to find the appeal.
The basics are that he was in the car park approximately 36 minutes but only paid for 30 minutes. They're going after him for insufficient time paid. Hopefully I'll be able to post up the receipt and letter they sent tomorrow
Thankyou for reading

He should immediately complain to the hotel. The manager can cancel it with one email.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hotel have washed their hands with it already. Looks like an appeal to Popla.
Good afternoon, Dave,Thank you for your E-Mail.I am sorry to hear you have received a parking fine while using the car park. Please note that we offer a 5-minute grace period for pick-up and drop-off for hotel residents, The hotel team are fully aware of this,Any additional time beyond this must be paid for at the designated pay stations. We do have sufficient signage in and around the hotel and car park for the parking procedures.Unfortunately, the hotel is unable to cancel/Appeal any fines issued to a non-resident; the hotel can only assist with a park stay and fly guest.Appeals must be made directly to parking eye, Please see below the link for the appeals.0 -
Furthermore to the conversation,
Emailed them back saying we use the hotel.a lot but won't be anymore. With that, it was cancelled.
Unbelievable really. They're all.in it together
Again, thankyou for the help. Its much appreciated4 -
