All the options are a complete red herring here.

The car's not being repaired, so there's no question of whether new standard or option bumpers are fitted.
The insurer aren't declining the claim, on the basis of undeclared modifications.

It's simply a question of do they affect the used value. And the likelihood is that, no, they do not.

I'm presuming these are the optional front and rear "airdam/skirts"? £1k option as a front/rear pack, £500-ish each end.
    They aren't completely different bumpers.
They're just a mildly cosmetically different replacement for the black lower section, leaving the main body-colour section identical.

I presume the other options will be the £200 "protection pack" floormats and bootliner, and the £90 aluminium pedal set?

£1,300 of cosmetic bling will carry precisely £0 aftermarket value. Given that the rear lower bumper precludes a towbar being fitted, that may even make it less desirable than a car with the standard fit.

We have a car that's been on the market for nine years and is about to be replaced, with a list price of £36k (manual) or £39k (auto) before any discounting that should be absolutely rife, and a few bits of bling that could easily be talked into the deal... and you're being offered £30k after ten months - within a few quid of the advertised price of comparatives? TAKE IT.
