Removing fraudulent entries on my credit file

Hi there,
Is there a way of contacting transunion to do a proper dispute, I have two entries on my credit file that should not be there, but I an unable to explain my case in their dispute process. One of them I don't have an account for and another one did not go into default, it is in dispute and should not yet be on a credit file. I can prove all of this in court, but I don't even know how to get it that far as I can't find a way to contact them. Any help would be much appreciated.

The Credit Reference Agencies cannot (usually) amend the data that's been submitted to them by lenders. Your best approach would be to contact the lenders who have placed the markers on your file and ask them to issue a correction to Transunion. It would be well worth while checking the other two CRAs as well to make sure they're not holding any incorrect data.0
