Dart Charge False Vehicle Record

Options
Hi, I'm a northerner so don't use the Dart crossing that often. However, the last three times I've used it, the Dart charge has designated my factory-fitted motorhome on the payment page as a bus, van or coach even though I've entered the reg correctly and the initial gov.uk search has acknowledged it's correct classification. I've emailed Dart in a complaint but they've ignored it and you can't actually get to talk to a human if you ring up. They even tried to fine me last year (thrown out on arbitration).
OK, it's only an extra pound but am I really the only one being stung like this? At the very least, I would have thought there's an issue under the Trade Description Act.

They do usually answer calls. You can speak to a human and I would pursue that again.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Tried ringing again. Comes up with four options but none appear to connect to an agent. Is there another number from the main one on website?

I have had success by using 0300 300 0120 but I don't think I've phoned since I set up my account when they first removed the coin baskets and introduced ANPR.

Nope, no option to speak to anyone on general matters on that number. Just pay your fine, local residency or pay for advance crossings.
