Warranty

Options
Hello
I purchased a bbq with a 5 year warranty. It’s been broken as much as it’s worked. Customer service did replace broken party’s at the start.
Now they are refusing to engage with me.
Does anyone know who I can contact to take the matter further?
Thanks
luke

Given that parts have been replaced under the warranty, I think that means it's going to be difficult to exercise your consumer rights with the retailer.

As for how you can take the warranty matter further, you probably can't.  The warranty terms will describe the terms and who provides the warranty, which I presume is the manufacturer rather than a third-party insurer.

Where did you buy it, when did you buy it and how did you pay?

    What part/s are breaking?

    Could it be  user fault?
