Warranty issue

Hello

I purchased a bbq with a 5 year warranty. It’s been broken as much as it’s worked. Customer service did replace broken party’s at the start.

Now they are refusing to engage with me.

Does anyone know who I can contact to take the matter further?

I have asked for this to be moved to the consumer rights board.
