1. Entrants to the Promotion are bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The Promotion is open to those residents in the mainland UK, excluding Northern Ireland
and must be aged 18 and over. It excludes employees of Kohinoor and Napoleon Grills and anyone professionally connected to the competition.

3. Timings: The Promotion starts at 10:00am on Tuesday 1st July 2025 and finishes at
23:59pm on Tuesday 8th July 2025. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition end date or withdraw the Promotion at any time.

5. Prize: Napoleon Grills Premium 22 Charcoal Kettle Grill, £100 voucher to Sainsburys supermarket and a Kohinoor £25 food bundle. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, and the Promoter reserves the right to subs/tute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. No cash alternative.

6. Selecting the winner & delivery: Winner will be selected at random. Winner’s will be selected within 14 days of the closing date and contacted by @kohinoorjoy Instagram or
Facebook via DM. Winners must then provide the requested details within 5 working days
and Prizes will be sent within 6 weeks of receipt. Proof of ID may be required.

7. Submitted details provided by Winner/s will be retained for 3 months after the prize has been fulfilled, in case any follow-up ac/ons are required. Any personal data relating to
Winners details must comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulation of 2018. Unless you have chosen to receive marketng from us, we will not sell, share or discuss your details with any 3rd parties and use it only to make contact with you should you be successful in winning the competition.
