Is there an error in the wording of Notice of Allocation to Small Claims Track (Hearing) Letter

I do not speak legalese so am probably wrong...... but do i interpret correctly that if I - the defendant, don't pay court fees, or file and application then the CLAIM (made by Civil Enforcement Limited) will be struck out.
Does this mean that I have been empowered to do nothing with no risk to me??
I may add that I have used the information on this forum to successfully have cancelled a claim made against me by DCBL.
Any info on the above Notice of allocation and the wording woudl be much appreciated.
Cheers.

Obviously a typo otherwise all cases would end like that. The CLAIMANT should be ordered to pay the fee. Either way you do nothingAlways remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'3 -
Yeah it's a typo.0

OK I am emboldened that this is an official document - with the county court stamp, and I have read specifically that I must comply with the terms imposed upon me (the defendant) by this order.
I will therefore await it being struck out, as a consequence of my inaction.
Will keep all updated.
