Euro Parking Services - Next Steps

Options
I have used the guides here a few times for my eldest idiot, and been successful in getting PCNs cancelled, but Euro Parking Services seem to be a sticky customer.

So logged the "appeal" via their website using the template on this forum and they have not unsurprisingly refused to honour it.

Now I still cannot see how they can be compliant to the general POFA items when it comes to disclosing the driver, and state that you cannot appeal again, something I do not believe they can state, and I am happy to keep logging it on their website until they get bored of me.

Maybe he shouldn't have been on the site for the 20 minutes, but the land I don't believe is the sole use of the church, most people would have no access to the fabled Reg Number tablet, and they are obviously using these cowboys under the assumption it would help them.

Anyway, paperwork so far attached for next steps of guidance from those more knowledgeable than I.

Hopefully I have managed to redact enough from the documents.

Ipc aos member, so as the newbies sticky thread explains,  deal with any future Letter of Claim giving the defendant 30 days notice,  or any MCOL claim

    The interim sparring is irrelevant

Before any Letter of Claim should we not be pushing for them to offer a POPLA code as a second stage rather than them just handing it off to whoever their debt collectors may be?

Definitely not,  because as IPC AOS members they never offer popla, they don't pay the BPA to be a part of the popla appeal system

If you are a member of B & Q discount club, you dont get the Toolstation discounts because its better for you

Popla was never a possibility,  there is zero chance of anyone getting a Popla code from an IPC member

What aspect of POFA do you believe Euro Car Parks have failed to comply with to allow them to transfer responsibility to the vehicles keeper?
You can of course appeal as per their response but the IAS is generally considered a kangaroo court that almost always takes the side of their IPC members.  From your description of the event I am not sure what specific appeal points or potential future court case defence you will be relying on. Signage? Lack of Landowner Authority?
