MCOL for small amount of money

Hi, I want to raise a MCOL for £42.99 for a company not adhering to distance selling rights as per consumer act. I notice that there is a £35 fee. If I pay the fee and win, I presume I get the £35 back?

They haven't been customised, then, and if it got to court it should be an easy win because they're clearly not adhering to the CRA in this instance.

Down to you to decide how much time and effort you want to spend retrieving the sum.
