Barclays Bank - online banking

I have been on Barclays Bank business online banking - trying to fill in a change of mandate form. Part of the form has a drop down menu which just isn't working - I have tried deleting all my cookies and trying another browser - so far tried Safari and Chrome but just can't get it to work. Anyone else having this trouble? It is a problem my end or a problem with Barclays Bank online forms.
I am doing this to help someone else who just hasn't got the time to phone the bank up and the nearest branch only has very limited opening hours.

Try a different browser, I've had sites that won't work in Safari but a fine in Firefox.

Thank you I have already tried Safari and Chrome, I will try Firefox now!

Have now tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox, still no joy - its strange as there are two drop down menus on the form and the first one works, but the second one doesn't!

I was needing to add on a new person to the mandate. All sorted out now, I contacted Barclays Bank through the online chat and a form was e mailed out.

Thought that a form would be the solution.
