Information only claims car insurance

When looking for car insurance quotes one has to divulge any claims made.
Does this include information only claims? The information has been logged, they are called information only claims (with Direct Line they are anyway) and therefore I guess a "claim", however you haven't "claimed" anything at all. No repairs, no money claimed, no cost to insurer.

Read the full question, including any helper text, and answer it honestly. 

In most cases websites ask for all incidents, losses, claims, accidents etc irrespective of if you claimed or not and irrespective at fault. You don't state what happened that had you call them and log an info only claim but sounds like you have something to declare under the normal full question
