Tried to log on with app first thing this morning, not working, tried with website too, wouldn't log me on. Phoned them up, very off hand and unhelpful, explained I needed to withdraw from my instant access account, was told to try later, as they were having problems,I asked.if I could just.do it over the phone, begrudgingly she agreed and said it would be done later, fine those are their t and c. But just made to feel bad about it, anyone else having problems with them? rant over.

Systems do fail occassionally. There's nothing front line staff can do to accelerate matters.1

yes agree. I do have other accounts so it wasnt a desperate situation. However when things dont work as they should it can be annoying and when the staff come across as less than helpful and make you feel like you are being a nuisence for asking, its not good. . It all worked in the end so no big deal.cloud_dog said:

However customer service staff should still try to be helpful/friendly/polite, even if they can not actually do anything to expediate the situation.Hoenir said:Systems do fail occassionally. There's nothing front line staff can do to accelerate matters.1
