I have followed the advice on the forum and sent an email to respond to DCBLegal’s letter before claim.
They have responded with the email pictured and I am unclear what to do from here.
For context I entered the hospitals carpark and dropped someone off for an appointment and returned an hour later and picked them up. Overall spending no more than 2 minutes in the drop off zone in the hospital.
The ANPR (allegedly) only captured me entering the hospital the first time and leaving the hospital the second time, nothing in between.
Any help is appreciated!

You could reply stating that the alleged breach of the parking contract on that private property never happened, that the driver made 2 extremely short visits that day,, no actual parking occurred, so it's a double dipping case and their client should drop it, instead of wasting the courts time and their money
Their client should check the orphan images between the times quoted, and should have followed the BPA Code of Practice in manually checking their systems for exactly this scenario, which will be the core points in your Defence and Witness Statement should a court claim arise
Then see if they drop it or issue a court claim against you using MCOL
Was it Parking Eye ? Or a different parking company ? If its Parking Eye CC their litigation department as well as dcb legal3
