Refund fromDebenhams

Options
Returned goods within timeframe and my Debenhams account shows items
returned, processed and refunded. There has been NO refund and it has been over 3 weeks. No customer service contact received despite emails and WhatsApp messaging - can someone help get my £295.00 back

    Having similar issue with these, their customer service is atrocious, they’ve told us that we opted for a voucher as refund. So after 4 days of asking for an address to submit a claim which they are not providing we will be popping down to our bank and filing a chargeback, just a warning that to be aware of this, their return portal has a default setting that issues a voucher and not full refund, very sleight of hand
