Sending forms to HMRC via Click & Drop

I can't send my IHT forms to HMRC's address via Royal Mail's Click & Drop online, as it won't accept the BX9 post code, and insists on a City being entered. After a bit of research I've found a link on HMRC that provides an address 'for couriers' https://www.gov.uk/find-hmrc-contacts/courier-deliveries-to-hmrc-po-box-and-bx-postcodes, but I'm not sure if I should use this as an individual.
I could pay slightly more & try my local Post Office and hope it will work with the tracking service manually, but would prefer to get everything done in advance of going there.. Anybody had this problem?

What's the problem? Send the documents via a recorded/tracked service to the address provided on the Gov.UK website. Why create a problem where known actually exists.0

I'm using the address provided by HMRC on IHT400 - but it doesn't include a city, just a post code. I always use Royal mail's click and drop onlne service for post, but as mentioned it isn't accepted by them.0

The BX9 post code is a false postcode. It refers to a mail box, like a PO Box, where post is kept until HMRC collect.0

Think you'll just have to go to the Post Office and do it over the counter.Have seen this issue before. BX9 codes are virtual codes for HMRC.0
