My GP surgery implemented parking restriction in their car park where I have been parking when I visit my GP or collect my prescription from the pharmacy adjacent. After my last visit I got a parking ticket. I went to my GP and the pharmacy to complain about it. They said it is nothing to do with them it is the landlord and they can not help me. Any help will be appreciate it.

Thank you for your comment. I have read the newbies thread for residential parking issues. I am not sure if that is for this case as well.
I asked they said they didn't have the contact details! I have a blue badge and there is only one disabled parking bay that is assigned to my GP not to the pharmacy. I told them that under this new circumstances I will not be able to access the pharmacy at all. They said my I could ask my neighbour collect my prescription. isn't this a discrimination?0 -
Which parking firm? How long have the restrictions been in place? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The newbies sticky thread is about all parking issues, not just residential issues, I believe that most pcns are non residential, like supermarkets, hospitals, retail parks, work places , visitor attractions , multi storey car parks , etc
If the landlord employed the private parking company, then your queries should be aimed at the actual landlord or landowner, not the businesses themselves, so plan A, complain about it to the landlord or landowner, like the 2 businesses implied. That includes the Equality Act 2010 ( not the blue badge ), as the blue booklet explains
Yes it may be discrimination, but by the landlord, not the businesses
My wifes chemist and surgery have recently done the same thing, so I cannot use the private BB bays any more when collecting prescription items
Most pharmacies have delivery services these days, perhaps enquire about that aspect with the business ?
Which parking company ?
