How do I list a 100cm long item with simple delivery?
There is no package size option that covers a 1m long tube?
Although the simple delivery help page says EVRI accept items up to 120cm.
Is it possible to select evri as the carrier for a single listing?
The only option I can find is to disable royal mail for all of my listings which I don't want to do

I think you have to opt out of simple delivery for an item larger than 61x45cm by selecting 'looking for larger or heavier items'.
Is the size for transporting clear in the listing? What is the default service in sd?0 -

(I have both options enabled on all my items and virtually everyone uses Evri due to price anyway)
Edit: actually just doing a dummy listing for a poster there are no 100cm long options, so you would have to choose the option for opting out and using custom postage.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Banging my head here...
I've tried listing using a PC rather than the phone app,
I'm only getting the 7 options from large letter upto 61cm. 20kg,
There is no option for "looking for larger" items (which I think I have seen before) and no option to use custom postage (which I have definitely seen/used before)
The item is a chrome rail/handle for a range cooker. The length (98cm) is in both the title and item description.
Something has changed again recently as if I try to edit or revise any of my listings I get a note pop up saying 'your postage options have been updated - Dispatch time is now 2 days' and these listings get switched to simple delivery. Even if I don't save the listing. The previous free postage is also being changed to Buyer Pays as the default which is also odd.soolin said:se2020 said:How do I list a 100cm long item with simple delivery?

As an aside, my SD sold items seem to be 50/50 between royal mail and evri. I haven't spotted a pattern for why yet.
As a buyer, I haven't been offered a choice of carrier at checkout. Just Srandard or Express delivery.
Can some buyers select which carrier they want to use if the seller has ticked both?
I can't find an example of being able to do that on any of the listings I view (from private sellers)0 -
It might be worth checking what category you have it listed under as that can affect the options offered. I was struggling selling sheet music at the weekend an d then discovered the category was wrong!0
