ACROSS DAYTIME DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) residents in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the Prize Draw period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, STV Group Plc or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

●    Prize Draw in relation to the Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women programmes (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, via the This Morning app (the “App”) and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 27 June 2025. 
●    Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS, the App and online at 3.00pm on Friday 25 July 2025. 
●    Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 2.00pm on Thursday 31st July 2025.  

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

●    The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
●    Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

●    PRTS Phone - call 09068 78 60 60 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). For each subsequent call from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.00 plus your network access charge.

 

●    SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword WINNER, PRIZE or APP to 86060; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each chargeable SMS text entry costs £2.00 plus one standard network rate message.  Please note that SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged (where applicable). ●    Online/App - go to the Website or download the App to enter via the following routes (as available on the Website): 
•    Direct to Mobile Billing: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your mobile phone bill. Direct to Mobile Billing may only be available for certain mobile networks – for details see the Website. 
•    PayPal: follow the instructions on the Website.
•    Apple Pay: follow the instructions on the Website.
•    Debit Card: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your debit card. Please note that use of a debit card may incur charges from your provider.
•    Open Banking: follow the instructions on the Website to deduct your entry costs directly from your chosen bank account.

A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time, and other offers and discounts (e.g entry credits) maybe applied or available, as stated on the Website.Please note if you are using a credit card with Apple Pay or PayPal, your card provider may impose surcharges.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry (provided you have not reached the cap of six (6) paid entries for that week’s Winsday draw).
Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”). Any Entry Credit(s) used in this Prize Draw will also contribute to the Cap.

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

 

There is one (1) prize consisting of one hundred thousand pounds cash (£100,000) (“Cash”) and a holiday lodge (“Lodge”).

 

i.    Cash

This element of the prize consists of one hundred thousand pounds (£100,000) cash, made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

ii.    Lodge

This element of the prize consists of a two (2) bedroom fully furnished Willerby Manor lodge, which sleeps six (6) guests, sited at Waxham Sands park, Norfolk (“Location”), including:
•    private decking with BBQ and outdoor furniture;
•    direct access to private beach;
•    fully fitted kitchen with oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher;
•    two (2) years' site fees, being two (2) years from when the winner takes ownership of the Lodge; and
•    utility bills, connections, non-domestic rates, water charges, electricity and gas and complimentary insurance (“Bills”), all covered for two (2) years from when the winner takes ownership of the Lodge.

The Prize winner will be required to enter into a purchase agreement (or such other agreements as confirmed by the prize provider) with the prize provider (the “Lovat Parks Agreement”). 

After two (2) years from the date on which the winner takes ownership of the Lodge (“Expiry Date”), the winner must choose and agree with prize provider one of the following options (the "Options’):

i. assume responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees and charges associated with the continued ownership of the Lodge, including but not limited to paying the relevant fees for the Location, insurance and running costs; or

ii. let the Lodge through the prize provider’s ‘Love to Let’ letting scheme, in which case the winner will bear all costs associated with the lease such as gas and electricity use, all normal and regular maintenance, expected wear and tear, TV licence fee and all safety checks as set out at https://lovatparks.com/ownership/love-to-let and https://lovatparks.com/discover/ownership/introducing-love-to-let-holiday-home-income-made-easy-with-our-fully-managed-letting-service. For the avoidance of doubt, the winner will still remain the owner of the Lodge and will therefore assume responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees and charges associated with the continued ownership of the Lodge; or sell the Lodge, in which case the prize provider must be given first opportunity to buy the Lodge back from the winner at competitive market rates, and the prize provider will bear all costs associated with such sale. If the prize provider does not want to buy the Lodge back, the winner shall be able to sell it privately or through prize provider’s sales team (at the winner’s choice) and will bear all the costs associate with such private sale and consequential arrangements. For the avoidance of doubt, if the winner wishes to sell the Lodge via prize provider’s sales team, prize provider will take a commission and deduct marketing costs. prize provider shall inform the winner of such arrangements prior to the sale.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the winner may choose to sell or let the Lodge in accordance with the Options (ii) and (iii) above prior to the Expiry Date. If the winner chooses to sell the Lodge back to prize provider before the Expiry Date, then it will be sold at the cost of the Lodge only and will not include the cost of any site fees or any other costs included in this element of the Prize.

Prize provider shall contact the winner by no later than three (3) months prior to the date falling two (2) years after the winner signs the Lovat Parks Agreement to request that the winner confirms which Option they wish to take (“Confirmation Call”). Prior to the Confirmation Call, the prize provider shall explain each option to the winner (including but not limited, informing the winner of any further agreement(s) the winner will be required to enter into or put in place).

It is the winner’s responsibility to confirm to the prize provider in writing which Option they wish to take up. If the winner does not confirm to the prize provider which of the Options they wish to take up by the date falling one (1) month prior to the Expiry Date, they shall be deemed to have chosen option (i) subject to the terms of Lovat Parks Agreement.

If Option (iii) is exercised prior to the Expiry Date, any buyer of the Lodge will not be entitled to any remaining site fees and Bills provided by the prize provider as part of the Prize and the winner will forfeit any remaining site fees and Bills.

The Prize cannot be exchange for cash equivalent of alternative.

In the event that the winner is unable to take up this element of the Prize due to a closure of prize provider's Location for any reason other than the standard Location closure (as advertised on prize provider’s website) prize provider will extend the winner's Prize by a month for every full calendar month the Location is closed and will pay for the site fees and Bills for such additional months.

The prize does not include transportation of the winner to or from the Lodge and any other associated costs and expenses incurred in use of the Lodge or any other costs not mentioned above.
