hi there,
Follow up on the case. I recieved an email from DCB Legal, telling me the client intends to proceed with the claim and attached a "Directions Questionnaire" to the email.
I recall reading on the forum that there will be a phase of settlement (which I should attend and advise to settle on £0), but I cannot find the section anymore. Is this the expected process, or has something changed?
If I read DCB's email correctly, it sounds like the court will also send me questionnaire for me to populate.
Am I right to asssume that I should wait until this questionnaire arrives?0 -
