LoC BWlegal Total parking solutions

I’ve received a Letter of Claim from BW Legal acting on behalf of Total Parking Solutions. The alleged PCN is apparently from June 2022, but this is the first I’ve heard of it, I’ve had no PCN or reminder before now.
I tried entering the PCN number and vehicle reg on the TPS website but it returns no result / no recordof the charge.
I’ve submitted a SAR to TPS, using a redacted utility bill as proof of ID and sent it to every email I could find. All bounced back except the one to dpo@totalparking.co.uk, which appears to have gone through.
As for BW Legal’s Letter of Claim, I know not to ignore it, but:
- I’m not replying by post,
- I can’t find the correct email address to send a SAR (now) and formal response (in a couple of weeks) to the LoC.
Any help confirming the current email for BW Legal (for both SAR and LoC response) would be really appreciated. And anything else I may have missed. Just trying to cover myself properly before this escalates unnecessarily.
Thanks

Since you've had no pcn or reminder from Total Parking Solutions check the address DVLA holds for you. Your V5C, does it show your correct address? If not action is needed before a court claim is filed.
Search the forum for bw legal email address, change results from best match to newest. They do seem to like 'customers' to use their portal.

Thanks. They do use customer portal now and I am not their customer as far as I am aware. I have sent sar to their sar@email and also sent sar to tps. I have been at this address for over 25 years, all my V5s have been registered at this address and never got anything about this alledged contravention. Also, since there is no evidence at tps website of pcn, it looks like bwl are relying on easy ccj, which is not going to happen.I have trawled all recent threads about bwl here and couldn’t find a valid/recent email address. Is it worth complaining to ICO about it? Do I just send my response to letter of claim via post? This is not really the best time to rely on Royal Mail as we will be travelling this summer.0
