Chase - contacting them via the app

Seems to have changed since I last used it. 

Used to have to go to support & then there'd be some obvious chat to us thing where you'd ask your question.

I'm sure it's clear as day to you guys but they seem to have moved it with an app update & I can't find it. Where should I be looking?

I'm hoping they've not removed it totally.

Support > Scroll down "Looking for more support" Get Help > I need some help > Put "contact" in search box > Ignore results and scroll to bottom > Still need help? and the GET IN TOUCH button is in blue.

Once selected you get a pop-up with "Message us" " Call from UK(free)" and "Call from abroad"

Thanks. 

And wow, what was once a 2 press operation I now need to book a day off work just to get through the menu system. I guess they didn't like people contacting them.

On Android, I simply press Support, and then scroll to bottom of next screen.

Message and Call buttons available.

Im on Android and mine is no longer like that.

@wiseonesomeofthetime as @la531983 has indicated it has all changed on the latest version of the app.

I guess it's to encourage people to find answers in the FAQs and make a direct contact the last resort.

That's how I USED to have it on my Android. 

Not any more.

According to my android phone, I am on the latest version, hence why I shared that.

I wonder why OP is ahead of me. 

My version is 2.60.0 (14 Jun)
No updates available in Play Store (yet)

Hmm this is an interesting one then because I'm also on version 2.60.0. Let's see where we can find differences then...

One UI: 7.0
Android version: 15

Not sure what else we should check.


I've also found differences in Garmin Connect which many others aren't experiencing but I think some are. Not sure what causes these changes (updates I know but I mean why person A experiences one thing but person B experiences something different).
