Barr Flavours Jurassic World Rebirth Competition Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions of entry carefully. By submitting an entry to this promotion, you are deemed to have read and accepted them.

1. PROMOTER:A.G. BARR p.l.c., Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Westfield Industrial Estate, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD (we, us, our).

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The promotion will run from 00:00:01 on 02.05.2025 to 23:59:59 on 25.09.2025. (the “Promotional Period”). Entries submitted outside of these times will not be included. 

3. ELIGIBILITY: 

2. The promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over only, excluding (i) The Promoter’s employees, (ii) agents and (iii) anyone professionally connected with the promotion and (iv) the immediate family members of (i), (ii) and (iii). 

3. No purchase necessary. Maximum one entry per person during the promotional period. Internet access, valid email address, mobile phone required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the promotional period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion. 

4. The Promoter will have no responsibility for, and will not accept, any entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, damaged or corrupted (including as a result of technical issues with your mobile, tablet, computer or connectivity, or technical issues with our website).

5. TO ENTER: during the promotional period, (1) either (i) scan the QR code on the Promotional Bottle, or (ii) visitwww.barrflavours.co.uk/jurassic-world, (2) complete online registration form by entering your full name, email address and mobile number. Upon submission the entry will be entered into the Prize draw for a chance to win the prize.

1. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS: Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person during the Promotional Period. 

2. THE PRIZE:1 x Adventure-Packed Family Holiday to Portugal. 

Prize package for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old includes:

- Airfare: Roundtrip flights from London, UK to Lisbon, Portugal.  

- Car Hire: 8 days car hire, to be picked up / dropped at Lisbon airport, incl. GPS hire 

- Accommodation: 

- 4 nights' converted bus accommodation near Leiria 

- 3 nights’ 4-star hotel accommodation in Lisbon, based on sharing a quadruple occupancy room             

- Private Caves and Dinosaur Tour: (Approximately 4 hours) Includes professional guide and transportation. 

- Sea Kayaking Adventure: (Approximately  half day) Includes professional guides and all equipment. 

- High Ropes Adventure Park: (Approximately half day) Includes professional guides and all equipment.

- Travel Insurance (see Prize terms & conditions for further information). 

Prize terms and conditions: 

- Prize is for 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 16 years old at the time of travel.

- The Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary. 

- At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel. 

- Economy roundtrip flights from Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton or Stansted airports (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Humberto Delgado Airport, Lisbon; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by Prize provider at their sole discretion. 

- Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and London departure airport do not form part of the Prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s. 

- A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation. 

- Accommodation based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old sharing a quadruple occupancy stationary motorhome in Leiria for 4 nights and sharing a quadruple occupancy room in 4-star hotel in Lisbon for 3 nights.

- Accommodation will be selected by the Prize provider at their sole discretion. 

- Accommodation for the Recipients does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the Recipients. 

- The Prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the Prize package. 

- All elements of the Prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at Prize provider’s discretion. 

- Winners must contact the Prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure. 

- Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over.

- All elements of the Prize must be taken at the same time. 

- Once booked, the Prize cannot be amended or cancelled. 

- Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available. 

- All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests.

- The Prize cannot be taken from 21stDecember – 4thJanuary (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday. 

- Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time. 

- For the rental car, the car type is subject to availability, the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving license that has been held for over one year, any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years’ driving experience, may need to pay a supplementary cost for car rental; if driving license is not fully printed in English an International Driving Permit/ international driver’s license or other paperwork may be required; a credit card (not a debit card) in the name of the driver with available funds (value advised upon booking) will be required by the car rental company in order for the driver to collect the car;

- For the high ropes park, the minimum age is 6 years old for 3 courses and 13 years old for 2 courses,  all children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times; it is not suitable for those who are pregnant or those with heart, back or neck conditions / injuries; additional age, weight and height restrictions will apply and vary by course;

- The kayak experience may be cancelled in bad weather, if unavailable over winner’s chosen travel dates an alternative activity of equal monetary value may be offered; All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and all participants must be able to swim. 

- The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd.   

8. WINNER SELECTION: x1 Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The Prize draw will be conducted within 7 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION: 

The winner of the Adventure-Packed Family Holiday to Portugal will receive an email confirming their win, followed by a phone call to the mobile number provided at the time of entry. The Prize provider will make this contact within 7 days of the draw date. They will attempt to contact the winner up to three times. If the winner cannot be reached after these attempts, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner will be selected.

10. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to request and gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/win.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.  No cash alternatives will be offered to any Prizes issued. The Prize is not negotiable.

12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect contact details. Any Prize that is returned undelivered, or not used, will be assumed unwanted.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, vary or cancel a promotion where they deem it strictly necessary due to events outside our reasonable control (including where technical issues are affecting the proper running of the promotion or where we suspect fraud). In these circumstances, we will do all we can to minimise any disappointment caused.

15. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all matters relating to the promotion will be final. 

16. If there is a discrepancy between these promotion terms and those in any promotional material, these promotion terms will prevail.

17. The promotion terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The English and Welsh courts will have the exclusive right to settle any disputes related to this promotion.
