Parking eye / DCB legal claims form

Hey everyone I’ve received this claims form for a parking offence on a parking eye car park dating back to November 2024 ( forgetting to input my reg inside the premises)

im really stressed about this right. Ie and was hoping someone would be able to give me some guidance on how to get out of paying this?

    There was no offence,  just an alleged breach of the parking contract on that private property 

    You need to defend the claim,  so study the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum,  second post,  then look at the Parking Eye defence template too
