Go to the template defence and at the bottom you will see six boxes with numbers in, click on "1" and then scroll down until you see THE NEXT POST IS THE TEMPLATE DEFENCE: and the next post will be the template defence! You don't NEED to read the whole thread (but there is important info there for you if you do) just use paragraphs 1 & 2, 4-10 as is and follow the instructions in bold to compose your own paragraph #3.

is this okay?3. I am an disabled badge holder it was dark and signs were not properly lit, In the morning afterwards i did see that there was a disabled bay behind but i had thought that it was all disabled bay’s, I had made an appeal to UKPC but they had immediately refused it
