    I just received a call from I think it was DCBL legal and they told me that they had received my defence for the claim and they wanted to let me know that if I would like to settle the claim outside of court for a reduced fee I informed her that no I am happy with my defence and I would like to proceed through the court proceedings, is this normal?

    Hi everyone

    i have received a letter regarding notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track and that it is now a defended claim.
    what do i do in this case?
