First parking/dcbl notice of debt recovery

Hi all 

I am not new to dealing with parking companies however it’s the first time I have had a ticket for a car I lease via my employers Sal sac scheme. 

Our office manager is now panicking about ‘bailiffs coming round’ so ideally I need to get them to send these letters to me. Is it simply a case of copying the template in the newbies thread and asking them to erase the company address from their records? 

I had appealed to the hospital via pals but they’ve offered no help- didn’t appeal (work/life getting in the way)

No bailiffs are coming round,  that's wild speculation caused by misinformation and tv programmes  ! A foolish notion, not factual 

The lease company or Registered Keeper should name YOU as the lessee hirer to the parking company,  should have been done right from the start

Ignore dcbl,  powerless debt collectors,  not bailiffs,  the letters will clearly state that it's not subject to bailiff action

Yeah I know that- I want to get the letters in my name from now on so the company secretary doesn’t have to act as the middle man.

So study the bottom of the first post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum,  find a suitable template by Edna Basher and get them to use it to deflect the parking company in your direction
