PCN from Euro Parking Services for 7 minute stay due to traffic

Hi I've received a PCN for a private car park. This was for a 7 minute stay without paying. I needed to stop for picking up goods from a store and was looking for a space to park my van. I was unable to find a suitable space and was then blocked in for 5 or 6 minutes by another big vehicle by the entrance. I didn't park I was waiting to exit. What should I do? I didn't know any contravention had taken place until I received the Parking Charge Notice to keeper. I know of a 10 minute grace period but my understanding is this is if you've paid for parking which Isn't the case here?

Hi, this is a plot of land behind some shops. I've tried to find out from the shops who to complain to but no one seems to know.

More qualified people will be along soon to explain better but for now you need to read the NEWBIES!!! PRIVATE PARKING TICKET? sticky at the top of the thread to get the gist of what your about to undertake. 

Your next step will be to appeal the PCN but without revealing who the driver is. The template to use is in the sticky, about half way down it says TEMPLATE "ONE SIZE FITS ALL". Adjust it to suit. It seems to me the most important bit for you is evidence of the grace period.
