UPS Invoice paid but sent invoice ?

Hi all, i received a delivery last month and got a message saying i needed to pay a shipping charge but i honestly didn't know they charged and i thought it was a scam, anyway my delivery turned up and the driver wouldn't give me the parcel until i paid, so i scurried around to find the cash and gave it to him and i didn't think to ask for a receipt, luckily i have a ring doorbell which shows i gave him the money. Now i have received an invoice for the amount i already paid, i contacted UPS and they said the relevant department will be in touch which they haven't and now i have a late charge invoice, im planning to phone them back today, has anyone got the email or phone number for UPS collections/payments please, there is a phone number on the letter which i phoned but it isnt the department.

You are still supposed to receive an invoice from UPS after having paid a driver.
It should simply be marked as "paid".
The proof (Without a receipt) is in the fact the delivery was made.
Check the tracking which should show all the details.0
