Changing solicitor for divorce

My daughter fled an abusive marriage with two young children last year. Very complex divorce with narcissistic husband. Possible hiding assets. Now on fifth hearing for child arrangements. Husband making false allegations. Mother acts as third partner. Husband held children hostage due to disagreement about third party. Police involvement. Solicitor seems to be out of depth with case. Is it advisable to change solicitor after a year and if so any recommendations in the Oxford are please?

Has your daughter asked a senior partner for a review into the firm's handling of the case? Perhaps a better solicitor is needed but there is one available within the current firm. The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0
