DCBL parking fine

Options
Hi guys, sorry if this is a repeat question. We have just had letter from this outfit for a final reminder for an unpaid parking charge from 2020!!!!
The reason being unsufficient paid time.

Really 5 years ago???

I’m going to give it a bloody good ignoring to.. should they peruse this matter through court would it be reasonable to state that the time scale is unreasonable??

This is literally the first notification we have had, there is tonnes of wording like Supreme Court ruling in November 2015 and other fees will be incurred and county court judgement…

am I being unreasonable ???

I'm afraid they have 6yrs to file a claim. Lots of threads recently about parking companies chasing pcns from 2020.

You may not have received letters from PPC if you've moved house and your address with DVLA is not current. Dig out your V5C check address is correct if not you'll need to action.

    Which parking company?

Have you got a claim form yet?

    Which PPC?

Now to serve up a cold dish of revenge for the aggressive, intimidating trash they are suddenly putting you through.

Read this message and please prepare to join us to do the Public Consultation once we've discussed it in August.

It's vital the Government hears from Defendants threatened by court. Tell your story. Shoehorn it in somewhere, maybe in answer to why cases go to court (q13 or 14):

We need to drown out the 'alternative facts' from the parking industry and their relatives posing as ordinary motorist consumers.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
