DCB Legal Letter of Claim
camlas
I've just received a letter of claim from DCB Legal.
The original euro parks PCN is from 10/10/2022.
This was a retail car park and I was attending a course at a supermarket that I work for, although this wasn't the store I was based in usually hence the fine.
Ive tried to ask my employer for help cancelling this but them seem unable.
I've been reading through but want to know if I have any defence against this?
I've also seen that a new landowner has purchased this car park in 2025 so not sure who they're even chasing me for now.

Everyone has a defence, the template defence in the defence template thread in announcements
Email the LoC response template to DCB Legal, as seen in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum, in the second post
They are chasing it up on behalf of their client, ECP1 -
Keep at them, surely you were on company business! Do they seem unable or unwilling to deal with it? Do you have a HR department (or more likely a HR person) at work? How about a union.camlas said:I've tried to ask my employer for help cancelling this but them seem unable.1 -
It'll be easy to handle this and there won't even be a hearing. DCB Legal always discontinue.camlas said:I've just received a letter of claim from DCB Legal.

Dead easy stages.
