Post a redacted picture of the claim form below,  after hiding the private details first, with cardboard or similar

Hide the reference numbers, the VRM ( number plate  ) details,  the password if any on it, plus the obvious ones like name and address etc, leaving the dates and company names and other information showing

Double check that you have hidden everything on the list before taking the picture

Attach it to your reply below,  adding a short sentence to the post as well

Don't forget that getting you to your wits end is part of their business process. It causes more people to pay them! The process is designed to be frustrating.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

Morning,  I have just received a letter from the court talking about County Court Judgements etc.  Asking for income and outgoings.

My husband is just out of hospital having been seriously ill - he is waiting to see a neurologist, we think he has Parkinson's.

I don't know what to do - I can't tell him about it because it will completely freak him out, we have never had anything like this in our lives.
Does anyone have suggestions?  Many thanks in advance,  :'(
Have you defended this in time?

It's easy but only if you managed to do the AOS. Did you do that?
